Went down to Port Melbourne hoping for some good sunrise colours. Mixed success – freezing cold and only 10 mins of good light, but it was a good 10 mins. This is with B+W ND 10 stop filter and a 61 sec exposure. The lighthouse looks like a toy sculpture, but it was a long time working beacon. Its one of two lights set up to guide ships into the port. The “back” light is about 500 meters away, now surrounded by shiny new apartments.
